Settle into the comfortable sofa, warm up beside the cozy gas fireplace, and enjoy a movie or your favorite show on the large flatscreen TV. The sofa converts to a sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations. The dining area comfortably seats six and flows into the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, refrigerator/freezer, range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. One assigned covered parking space is included (garage clearance 8'2"), with limited additional outdoor guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
