"Only highlight - water slides were open which we did not expect as they are closing them on 1st October.
Very strong disinfection smell entering hotel, had to ask to change rooms as on 5th floor had horrible sewage smell from bathrooms, were moved to 1st floor where we had no window, just patio door which was opening to open patio for whole floor with view to walls. No entertainment on evenings, if not count 30 min disco for kids on one evening. Worst part was food. We are not picky, but we did...
"The hotel is great, it has 3 pools, one of them heated. The breakfast wasn't brilliant with a lot of the options being luke warm. The entertainment and the Spa were good and we couldn't fault the staff they are a credit to the hotel and could not for enough for us. The pool bar has a great selection of light bites and drinks and fantastic staff. Unfortunately our room had not been cleaned properly for our arrival and we found an old pair of knickers behind the toilet door. All in all a great...
"We had an amazing trip at Hotel Europa. Accommodation’s were amazing. Staff was friendly and amazing. Food was incredible. Room was clean and housekeeping was very good. Overall was an amazing trip. Highly recommend!!"
"This is a really fun place to stay. It's close to the beach and sits on a boardwalk with a bunch of weird shops and some good restaurants. The buffet was good, and my kids loved the variety. The room was big and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. You do have to park off-site if you don't want to pay for parking, but it wasn't a problem at all. We will stay here again when we return to Spain!"
"The hotel was previous a 3 star hotel and many of the hotels features still have 3 stars writen on them and only have 3 star quality
The restaurant was really below standard - the quality and hygiene was very low in the restaurant and the open kitchen.
The rooms was missing some things that you would expect for a 4 star hotel. No holder for the toiletpaper, no handsoup in the bathroom, no bedside tables and plastic chair in the room.
As a silver member a bottle of wine was suppose to be...
"The room was ok, but beds need new mattresses, because existing ones are uncomfortable. Also the rooms could do with updating as they look like the mid 80's. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food could be more varied and not so subject to the taste of the English guests.
What bothered us was that English guests would get drunk in the evening and there wasn’t any quiet over the night on the balconies as well as on the streets around the hotel. I know that hotel stuff can’t do anything against...
"Just stayed for 8 days at hotel amaraigua, and honestly the most significant factor into my 5 star review was the STAFF!! They are absolutely incredible: they were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful 24/7. German Bustos specifically, who DJs many of the evening events, was beyond kind & fun, and just generally awesome. Will absolutely be coming back next year."

"Really clean room, some what basic but very comfortable bed and good shower pressure. The hotel has two pools and a rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet is really good with a wide selection of hot and cold items. No issues with noise but I visited in low season. They have indoor paid parking for a fee but spaces are limited. The hotel is close to everything"
