« The breakfast was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful, nice and informative. I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out. Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel. « Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano. »

« This place was absolutely incredible! ❤️ We will 100% be staying here again. It was pet friendly, which is always a huge win, and the babies loved having a little yard to zoom around in after spending the day in the car. The pool was spotless and perfect for cooling off, and the house itself is so unique. Every room has its own personality, and it's beautifully decorated without feeling overdone.
