"Beautiful property situated in stunning countryside. The cleanliness aspect was difficult for them as we were in thatched palm buildings. The check-in was not good as they could not find our booking to start with. Mostly apart from at breakfast and supper there were no staff around at all. White water rafting trip was excellent."

"the hotel has a very beautiful view ! but hot tub didn’t have hot water, place was dirty in my opinion like shower had rust and wasn’t the cleanest. There was a bird stuck in the room chirping all night. We only completed 1/3 day stay. Staff was very friendly. this place is also in the middle of nowhere do not recommend you drive here at night so many curves and NO light "

"Its a beautiful estate with cozy bungalows. Ac worked great and everything was clean.The family was amazing, very helpful. They made my wife and i an amazing breakfast and offered to cooked lunch and dinner. We opted to try some of the local food for lunch and dinner. "I had a wonderful experience at iThaphae Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The location is perfect for sight-seeing in the old city; the staff is efficient and friendly; the complimentary breakfast is a delicious mix of Thai dishes and simple Western breakfast items. The room accommodations are clean and comfortable and there is a safe in each room. There is also a beautiful pool area with tables/chairs and lounge chairs for relaxation between outings. I highly recommend this hotel!"
