The staff was very kind and helpful upon check-in. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the cleaninf staff was friendly. The included breakfast had a lot of selection and vegetarian options. The hotel was well located near restaurants, convenience stores, and the metro station.

This hotel is our favorite when in Madrid. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I just wish that they are mindful of the towels that they provide - they are worn out and frayed. Overall, this hotel is worth staying when in Madrid.

The rooms and property are wonderfully kept and designed. The location is conveniently located near a metro line that can take you to the Madrid Central in about 5 stops. The area felt safe and homey which I value in a space when traveling. I wish I could have stayed longer, but that's a reason for another visit!
