It was kinda confusing to figure out where to go when you first arrive. Place looks like an apartment building. After a lot of walking around and calling, I figured out that the reception is on the 2nd floor. They should tell you this information when you book. Besides that, the room was fine, nothing special. Location is great.

great for 1-2 nights for me and my partner

We only stayed one night here and it was perfect for that. The location was very good - lots of restaurants near and close to the metro. Check in and out was super easy. A little street noise in the middle of the night from a nearby bar but not terrible. My only very minor complaints were that the plugs were loose so my phone didn't charge, and the towels were like sandpaper! But seriously, the location and the room itself were exactly what we needed it to be.

We have a home in Pamplona and stay in Madrid the night before heading back to Texas. We love the Plz Santa Ana, but recently it's mostly closed off to construction. Our favorite restaurant is down the street Prada a Tope. Great place. So we just need a bed and this works, but the price doubled in a year - so we may be looking for another place.

Great place to stay overall! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is central and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Also a 5 minute walk away from the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay here in my way home to Texas from my home in Pamplona. Love to eat at the Prada El Tope down the street. Santa Anna Plaza is very convenient. For this hotel....rooms by the street are loud (to be expected), interior rooms are better. Just a good bunk for the night before heading home.

Great place

Staff were super friendly and check-in was very easy. Room was large, had a functioning mini fridge and a nice sized washroom. The hotel is in the middle of a very hip area, full of cool little bars and tapas restaurants. Would highly recommend for anyone! Hotel is located on the second floor, you can either access by stairs or old school elevator.
