Nice hotel, comfortable and good if your next step in going to the airport. However, It is not as close from the airport, but the shuttle is very convenient. If you are planing to do an extra activity in Madrid before you leave, I would book a hotel closer to the city instead.

Great hotel with parking available and close to the airport. There is a restaurant (breakfast not included in the price) t and areas for relaxing. I had issues connecting to the WIFI but other than that everything was great.

Courteous and friendly staff! Free airport shuttle was excellent. Property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are very well maintained with a good functional floor plan. Property is located a 10 minute walk to a mall with decent shopping, restaurants and amenities.

The Junior Suite was very spacious, and the hotel was so close to the Madrid Airport. We booked the suite, the buffet breakfast, and worked out in the fitness room - everything was first rate and the pricing was so good!

We stayed here one night before a flight out of the Madrid airport. The staff were helpful, with the room perfectly clean and stocked. The shuttle was free as advertised and the driver was very friendly and helpful. There were a few little details that hadn't been fully maintained in the bathroom, which I reported, but otherwise fine.

The Hotel is modern and clean, and the check in went very quickly and smoothly. The one issue was there was significant noise either in adjacent suites or in the courtyard below. Scraping and banging of furniture or other equipment.

This hotel was a welcome stay after walking the Camino Frances and then traveling by train to be near the airport (MAD) for our morning flight. We were too tired to take advantage of the outdoor pool, the room was comfortable, the bar in the lobby was staffed, the morning hotel-provided bus to MAD went on schedule. The only two things that did not work well for us was that dinner was not available until 8:30 PM and that the drop-off point for Terminal 1 was >150 yards from our entry point. I definitely would stay here again.

Everything was great, except restaurant was closed when we arrived at 5:30pm. Didn’t re-open until 8pm. The staff directed us to Shopping mall a couple blocks away that had many food options.
