"The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Especially after driving all day. The staff were very nice and helpful . As we checked out we did report that the hair dryer didn't work and they offered a replacement but we were in a hurry to get back to Florida after being in Texas for a week. I wish we had more time to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. I t is the perfect stopping point when we visit family in Dallas. We will stay again. David and Kim Kraus"

"This is my go to hotel when I come Jackson for a visit. It is convenient to downtown Jackson and my daughter’s college. Front Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and I slept like a baby at night."

"Our room was very clean, we had problems with the air conditioning and so the staff gave us another room with no problem. Everyone was very nice and accommodating! The breakfast was exactly what we needed! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning in September."

"The pool heater was not turned on and the closet door was off the slides. The wifi was out for almost the entire stay. But thats all little things and the staff was amazing just attention to details was missed."
