"Tremendous family week with substantial space for all (we had 15 people). Amazing to find a property with a separate bathroom in each bedroom. Movie theater room was a perfect compliment for our indoor needs. Access to ocean was easy. Loved outdoor pool and hot tub which got a lot of use.Tracy our host was very communicative and responsive to all questions.Great neighbor (John)!!!Thank you Tracy and if we ever decide on the Outer Banks again we will certainly be in touch."

"The location of this home is absolutely wonderful and so close to the beach! We truly enjoyed our stay here with just a few minor things we would change. The couches in the house are pretty uncomfortable. After a long day at the beach it is nice to unwind and relax but we really couldn’t on the couches. The bed was pretty comfy though and there is a small TV in the main bedroom so we utilized that instead. The furniture on the porch was decent, better than the living room but the bugs are very present (not the hosts fault) so bring some bug spray! Parking at the house was easy and the supplied beach passes were great! Beach chairs were provided and appreciated! However, make sure you do a full grocery shop before arriving and read the amenities! We unfortunately missed a few of the “not provided” ones, again not the hosts fault! Add bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer pods (if you don’t want to hand wash), a sponge and laundry pods to your shopping list. We cooked every day for our meals, stove worked perfectly and pots/pans were provided! We even saw the wild horses and some cute deer near the property as well! Host was super responsive and accommodated for our pup coming with us and actually helped us find the amenities we needed."

"We had a wonderful time at this property! The host was so kind and responsive, the house and yard were beautiful, and the overall experience was great. Some of our favorite parts were having a washer and dryer in the house, the AC, and having a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils we could need. Would book again!"

Beautiful Waterfront Vacation Rental on the Currituck Sound

"The property is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you may need! Being on the waterfront was very relaxing and we enjoyed the quiet immensely. It was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the game room, which is awesome! We had Wii championships!We also went on a wild horse tour, played golf, and went to Kitty Hawk/Wright Brothers museum, and walked up the large hill to the huge memorial. Steffen and Cherry were attentive hosts that always responded quickly. Thank you for sharing your home on the water!Patty and Tim"

"We’ve been coming to this house for three years in a row - the location is great, nice and quiet- the house is extremely clean - the AC works great - the ice maker really makes it easy to keep things cool at the beach - the owner is very responsive and awesome to deal with - Carova beach up north is fantastic for shell gathering and a great family beach atmosphere - if I could rate this 6 out of 5 I would - great place!"
