« L’hôtel est très bien, les chambres luxueuses et parfaitement propres. Un vrai problème d’organisation au restaurant. Le ou les cuisiniers sont très bons, cela ne fait aucun doute par contre attendre 3/4 d’heure pour une salade et 2 burgers alors qu’il n’y a que 10 personnes à servir dans la salle, ce n’est pas normal et c’est sans compter une erreur de commande et l’un des plat servi froid… Quelques petites réparations un peu partout dans l’hôtel font également baisser un peu la note. »

« Incroyable expérience au radisson blu de tromso ! J’ai fêter l’anniversaire de mon mari, ils ont un service d’extra et ont pu me mettre des ballons et m’on fait une magnifique décoration et cerise sur le gâteau, ils ont pu nous surclasser !!! Mille merci au personnel de la réception et du petit déjeuner en passant par les femmes de chambres ils ont tous été aux petits soins et adorable. Le petit déjeuner est variés il y’a du salé du sucré et petit plus il y a un grand choix de produit sans...

« Très bon emplacement situé à 10min du centre ville. Petit logement bien sympathique, literie très confortable. Kitchenette, réfrigérateur. Petite maisonnette très jolie, nous avons pu apercevoir des aurores boréales au pied de la chambre. Petit bémol la table était taché, rien d’alarmant. Et la chambre au réveil est assez froide. Sinon je commande fortement. »

« Hotel was previously an hospital or elderly people residence. That gives you a hint of the ambiance out there. No carpentry on the floor, shower glass was broken (one panel was actually missing), furniture was somewhat, curtains do not really protect from daylight, bed was comfortable. We hardly reach a 3 stars hotel standard from my point of view. Price for this level of service was insane, considering I booked quite late I must admit... I would not recommend to stay here as there is plenty of...
