Great location on the water while also in the city center. Breakfast was also good with many choices of food and beverage. Always seemed full with guests which also meant that check in was not until mid to late afternoon as they noted on their site.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean but signs of wear and tear. Cups and glasses were left dirty but everything else was cleaned. Breakfast was amazing, wide selection of everything you could possibly want. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time, the breakfast is a must (and a great way to start the day!). The rooms are a little small but they’re manageable. Staff are all lovely. Perfect location to be central. Would 100% stay again.

Lovely clean room with stunning view. Centrally placed hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast was so good, with plenty to choose from, the fresh breads were amazing. We payed for dinner at the restaurant and cannot fault the buffet or the wine line. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

The staff were very friendly and helpful The room, though it wasn’t big was enough for 2 people Great view of the waterfront The breakfast was lovely. Absolutely anything that you could want. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel has a good location, unfortunately you have to cope with the ship's noise. We were last time in the other side of the hotel and there you heard it less! The new cleaning system is good for the environment and the hotel, unfortunately the customer does not benefit from this system because the prices are not reduced

Booked a standard room. Room size is ok but the shower in the bathroom is quite small. Sound proof is not that great. We could hear those walking outside the corridor or even heard the next door returned to the room and switched on the light! There was supposed cleaning provided but they only emptied the trash bins. There are only handwash, shampoo/body wash and conditioner which are average in quality. You would need to bring other necessities with you. The plus sides are the breakfast which has good range of selections and location is convenient. Airport express and bus stop are right outside the hotel. Therefore, easy traveling around the city or between airport and hotel.
