This delightful 30 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is designed with an open-plan living room, kitchen and sleeping areas, and a private bathroom. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, a coffee maker and a microwave. The sleeping area is modernly decorated and includes a comfortable double bed. There is also a sofa bed that can only be appropriately used by children—you need to request the linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Discover Miradouro do Pico do Facho, a breathtaking overlook in the area's heights. Stroll around Quinta do Santo (Santo António da Serra), where you can wander through a hidden paradise of lush vegetation. Enjoy the tranquillity of Parque Ribeira Primeira, an enchanting spot with wonderful views of the region. Follow the path of Levada dos Maroços and Levada do Caniçal for a breathtaking journey along the river. Embark on a captivating journey through Levada da Serra do Faial, where you can witness the beauty of the landscape. Explore Vereda do Larano and Solar do Ribeirinho, two amazing spots filled with local charm. The property is easily accessible by car. There is a bus stop on the other side of the street that leads to Faial and Porto da Cruz. Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le seul point négatif est l’emplacement. Nous nous sommes sentis observés par les voisins. Et il manquerait un peu d’ustensiles pour la cuisine : un éplucheur à légumes et une passoire pour les pâtes serait parfait.👍 ##### Léna S. Séjour de 3 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Janosch M. 20 oct. 2025 Funktionale Unterkunft, aber man merkt, dass sie nur für den Zweck als Ferienwohnung renoviert wurde, weil ein paar praktische Details nie vom Besitzer ausprobiert wurden - zum Beispiel: nichts zum Aufhängen der Handtücher im Bad, keine Abstellfläche für Duschgel, keine Steckdosen in der Nähe vom Bett (der Ventilator muss in der Küche angeschlossen werden), Mini-Tisch und Stühle. Man kann die Unterkunft gut als Basis für Ausflüge nutzen und einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten, aber sie ist nicht sehr einladend, um hier einen entspannten Nachmittag zu verbringen. Es gibt kaum Tageslicht, weil alle Fenster mit Milchglas abgedeckt sind. Die Lage ist direkt an einer Straße, wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt schauen einen die Leute auf der Bushaltestelle an. Es gibt auch keine Aussicht, die Umgebung ist eher hässlich. Dafür ist die Lage sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten nach Machico Zentrum und nur 2x abbiegen auf die Schnellstraße, um alle Attraktionen Madeiras zu erreichen. Das schlimmste waren jedoch die schmutzigen Wände. In den Ecken sind bereits Anzeichen von Schimmel (die Jalousie des großen Fensters ist besonders eklig), die Wände sind schon grau von Schmutz um das Bett herum. Alles in allem funktional für Ausflüge im Nordosten Madeiras, aber nicht wirklich um hier viel Zeit in der Unterkunft zu verbringen. ##### Janosch M. This is a great, comfortable place to stay if you’re not looking for many dining options. It’s easy to get to. The street is busy and a bit noisy at night. The host was very good at communicating. Easy check in and out.
