Pyramisa hotel was wonderful, the massage lady was professional and the massage was great. We ate at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and the breakfast was incredible!
This hotel was brilliant, fulfilling our requirements. The pool was amazing set by the Nile and the staff were really friendly both around the amenities and in the hotel itself.
The downside was the rooms are a little tried and a refresher should bring it up to western levels.
It is also a little further out of Luxor, making it challenging to escape the offers of taxis and horse carts, when walking into the centre.
This is a 3 star hotel NOT a 4 star as rated. Not much variety of food during breakfast or dinner, repeated items. Rooms are basic and small. There is no internet available in the rooms, which was very annoying. The only positive thing l can say about this hotel, is that our room had a Nile view. Staff there could hardly speak English.
This is a poor hotel overall. On the plus side, the gardens and pool area are pleasant and the Nile side seating delightful. On the negatives the rooms are very tired and ours was poorly cleaned and a broken but still live electric light, broken curtain, non working safe, dirty fridge and no plug for the sink. We had to chase housekeeping to get basic cleaning and some towels. The food at breakfast was poor quality mass catering. We didn't eat at the restaraunts as we heard people complaining about them several times. I wouldn't book here again. Avoid.
Great location, great view an about a block away to the entrance of the pyramids. Food was great and so was the staff.

Pyramisa Hotel Luxor offers a pleasant stay overall, especially thanks to its excellent location and stunning views of the Nile River. Waking up to the river views is definitely a highlight and adds a lot to the experience.
The hotel is well-situated, making it convenient for exploring Luxor. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which contributes positively to the stay. The breakfast setup is particularly enjoyable, with a great dining location and a good selection of food.
However, there are some notable drawbacks. The WiFi connectivity in the rooms is poor and unreliable, which can be frustrating. The rooms themselves feel quite dated, with signs of wear and maintenance issues. In particular, some door locks were not functioning properly, which raises concerns about safety. The bathrooms also need better upkeep, as cleanliness was not up to standard.
Overall, it’s a decent hotel with strong positives in location, views, and staff, but improvements in room maintenance and facilities would significantly enhance the experience.
Everything was great just wish the balcony was cleaned and not as dusty as we found it. But food was great, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable
The hosts of this little hotel are very good people. Friendly service and treat you like family. Amazing views of the pyramids while you have breakfast on the rooftop. Will definitely be returning.
Amazing property in Luxor. Personally this was my first time traveling to Luxor, and I am happy I chose this Hotel. They seem to have been there for a long time, and definitelly know what they're doing. Rooms are clean and have a great view of the West Bank. Breakfast is delitious and they have a taxi service that is great! Highly recomend!

Friendly and proactive staff, with safety and comfort top of mind. The hotel is one of the oldest in the area and is dated, but it is well maintained and kept clean. Daily breakfast was fantastic and the morning views of the hot air balloons and the Nile were soon mom it incredible.
Hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant. Wifi is horrible, you can only access it in the lobby which is a big inconvenience if you have young kids. Food was great, lots of choices. Mohamed the cheff was very pleasant and would promply address any concern in the kitchen. Pool staff was also plesant and patient. I ate at the Italian restaurant while staying there and the pizza was great, any other dish was straight up a waste. The remainder of 6days I ate at steingberger Hotel which was amazing. Overall would have rather stayed at steingberger palace if I had done proper research. But I love and adore the staff at this hotel. They go above and beyond every day for the guest except the front desk workers who i find very rude
