"I’ve stayed here twice and half to say it’s a great hotel. Great breakfast and love they serve food. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well appointed with comfy beds and pillows. My impression is that this hotel is particularly well managed to provide the experience they do."

"It’s closing very soon so motivated staff trying their best looked tired and stressed. Shame it’s closing as it’s an ok 3 star the area Luton has just gone downhill no fault if the hotel, but the hotel looked tired and done areas not cleaned regularly. "

"We stayed only one night very close to the airport for our flight the following morning. When we checked in it stated that the room was standard, I had booked a superior (this may not be the correct terminology) this was quickly corrected though the room we were given was quite clearly set for one person as there was only one robe, one pair of slippers, one bottle of water etc! The room however was more than acceptable!"

Basic supplies in house, good beds, netflix. Rental procedure a little complicated for the digitally challenged... Local area is unspectacular, walking distance to downtown Luton. "Good Budget hotel walking distance to the airport. Cleanliness was ok. Food in the onsite restaurant was adequate, but breakfast was poor, it took a long time for the buffet breakfast to be refilled and what was their not hot. I would stay again as proximity to the airport, but would forgo the breakfast"
