"Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. "

"The Hazeltine is a beautiful old mansion bnb. I wish I’d had more time to enjoy the comfortable living spaces on the first floor. Everything was spotless. The private bedroom was nicely appointed, and bedding was very comfortable. They provide access to free beverages and snacks at night which was appreciated. The only downside was that they only have a continental breakfast. However it was plentiful, with lots of options. The customer service from Catherine via text was friendly, efficient and worked fine for me. I actually didn’t see anyone at the house in the afternoon or morning (use codes to open the outside and bedroom doors). "

"The property was absolutely beautiful! The weather was phenomenal. The cottage was located right on the river, so we could relax while watching the wildlife, boaters, and kayaks go by. We started each morning having our coffee right down by the water, watching the fog lift off. Having lunch on the back deck was perfect. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit. The house was amazing, well appointed and exceptionally clean. Everything we needed was there. Our hosts were accommodating beyond measure, even making sure to set us up with some items that we had forgotten to pack! Location, location, location! We will definitely go back again and spend more time."
