Aug 18, 2021 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication #### Miserable Organisation in fantastischer Lage Bei unserer Abreise waren wir sicher, dass wir uns nach 14-tägigem Aufenthalt erholt hatten, aber definitiv nicht wieder kommen würden. Das hat im Wesentlichen folgende Gründe: - die Lage in der toskanischen Hügellandschaft ist fantastisch - es gibt in unmittelbarer Umgebung aber keine Möglichkeit zur Besorgung von Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs (Auto immer erforderlich) - das Haus bietet viel (Schlaf-)Platz für bis zu sieben Personen, allerdings ist das Haus dafür nicht eingerichtet - es gibt weder ausreichend bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten im Haus, noch irgendeine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen - keine Terrasse, kein Balkon, kein Platz, der hierfür geeignet wäre; so konnte man nur in der großen Küche oder im Wohnzimmer (die einzigen Räume im Erdgeschoss) auf extrem unbequemen (und grauenvoll hässlichen) Sitzmöbeln sitzen - die Küche war neu eingebaut worden, allerdings flog bei jedem Versuch, den Herd zu nutzen, die Hauptsicherung heraus; es dauerte drei oder vier Tage bis dies behoben war - auch gab es keinen Wasserkocher, keinen Toaster, keine Kaffeemaschine, noch nicht einmal eine Espressokanne (und das in Italien!!), es gab keinen Topf, der auch nur annähernd groß genug gewesen wäre, um darin Pasta zu kochen, keine Schüssel für einen Salat etc. - am Pool, der anfangs so verunreinigt war, dass man keine 50 cm tief sehen konnte, gibt es fünf Liegen, die sich nicht verstellen lassen, sodass man ausschließlich auf dem Rücken liegen kann - es gibt keinen Sonnenschirm, keine Handtücher für den Pool und auch sonst nichts - es gibt allerdings drei Häuser, die direkt neben dem Pool stehen (was auf den Fotos im Internet fast nicht zu sehen ist und natürlich auch nicht erwähnt wird). In den Häusern wurden während unseres Aufenthalts Gäste für ein oder zwei Nächte untergebracht, die keinen Platz in dem ebenfalls vom Vermieter betriebenen Hotel auf dem Nachbarhügel gefunden hatten - insbesondere zu Anfang mussten wir immer wieder klarstellen, dass der Pool nicht diesen Gästen, sondern nur unserem Haus zur Verfügung stehen soll - außerdem kamen täglich 2-3 Gästen am Haus an, die dies für die Rezeption des genannten Hotels hielten, echte Ruhe damit ausgeschlossen - Ruhe war aber auch deshalb nur sehr eingeschränkt, da das Haus direkt an der Strasse liegt - Wegen aller Probleme und Einschränkungen war der Vermieter fast nicht erreichbar, alles was fehlte, mussten wir selbst kaufen - 2 Wochen knapp fünfstellig ist zu viel!! - sehr schade, nie wieder ##### Benjamin U.
