« Well this place doesn’t read room one reserves. Given a room on 3rd floor and AC wasn’t working. Went down to get this Derrick working office and gave us another room. Remote had no batteries and AC wasn’t working properly either. In the process of going to another room following this guy. The floor was cracked and uneven that I ended up falling.
