"Overall it is a great place. I’ve vacationed here many times. I enjoy it, but there are some things that I wish the would change. They charge too much for coffee, drinks and snacks. They are not accommodating at the front desk on rooms. Check in is typically late in the day, don’t even think about early check in. It’s tough to get a good room location and sometimes you have to walk awfully far to get to your room. Every year we ask for a room close to the main pool area and every year they assign a room as far as possible from it, then won’t change it. To play a round of golf is extremely expensive, so much so that we typically play at one of the other courses. They need to clean the hall carpets. Pool is great. Driving range is great and the food in the restaurants is very good. Love the bell hops and valet staff. They are really excellent! I wish the guests got some break on golf. "

"We had a most enjoyable stay at this property. The Host was highly responsive and communicative answering questions before and after booking. We had a couple of questions while we were there and he got back to us immediately. The location is excellent, a short distance from the PGA National residential communities security gate, but 2 side streets removed near the end on a quiet cul de sac overlooking one of the golf holes and a pond. The pool is screened in and clean with lots of patio area for seating or sitting. There are outdoor tables in the pool area, under the covered portion for all weather use. Tile floors throughout most of the house. Brand new huge wall mounted TV in the family room. Bedrooms are laid out with large master suite off by itself to the right for privacy and 2 other bedrooms in a separate wing to the left. Large garage able to be used by the rental tenant. Short walk to PGA National clubhouse, resort, and dining, or there are bikes to use in the garage with locks."

"The entire place was extremely clean and well stocked with nice amenities, plenty of luxurious towels and extras that are not always supplied by hosts. Carmel was very responsive with some questions I had. The area is beautiful and an added bonus was being able to use the PGA club house."
