Beautiful hotel and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. New modern, large bathroom with toilets available in the shower. We also did the buffet breakfast which was fine for the cost. Would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Lower Hutt and would happily stay again.

Fab room, everything you need is there for a comfy stay. Super quiet room, comfy bed. Didn't head down to the restaurant, but it was busy for dinner each night so must be good! Staff were helpful and friendly. Will stay again when in the area.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Our room was spotless and luxurious. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea. Room service was amazing and staff were very friendly. We took our 11 month with us and the staff were very accommodating supplying a Portacot. We had breakfast down stairs as well and the lovely staff member would hold and entertain our baby boy when he got a bit restless and let us finish our breakfast. Will definitely be back and highly recommend ☺️
