« This is my go to spot when staying in Jacksboro, it's truly like coming home. Anna is so accommodating and friendly. She has gone to great lengths to make this property comfy and cozy, with so many cool added touches. It's in a perfect location, super quiet and plenty of space. If you stay anywhere besides here you are truly missing out. »

« The property was extremely clean. It had all the things one would need. It was small! The loft had a very sturdy ladder that felt safe. It is good to remember in a loft a trip to the bathroom means a climb up and down in the middle of the night. The hosts were very communicative. The split a/c hesting system did need guidance from the hosts. »

« We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....

« This is our second visit to this retreat, our favorite place to go for rest and relaxation. The house is perfect, the animals are great, the atmosphere inside and outside are truly beautiful. This is a place to go if you want quality time together and enjoy the wildlife. It is isolated and that is what we enjoy. The hosts are so great. We plan on another visit here in the fall. »

« There are a few different rentals on this property. We reserved the Route 66 which was a small travel trailer. Although very clean and tastefully done, this is not totally comfortable for older people or someone with mobility issues. It's in a nice location just outside of town. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. »

« My first impression of this property was clean, quiet, and cozy. This is a nice place for a weekend retreat, especially if you are into fishing. It has the convenience of having a boat dock we fished off of and we were able to tie the boat off to the dock. We fished, played games, and did a lot of rest and relaxation. The only negatives: pillows were extremely uncomfortable, way to big. We all had to sleep without them. Second, the guest bathroom shower was a bit wonky. Shower curtain wrapped...
