The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything within walking distance to restaurants, a beautiful park, Amphitheater, golf course and more!

3 miles to Churchill Downs, University of Louisville and Jim Patterson Baseball field.

Less than 7 miles to the downtown hospital district. Very close to both 264 Watterson expressway, and 265 Gene Snyder.

The house offers sleeping 7 people comfortably with one nice size bathroom. Brand new kitchen, bathroom, “Florida room,” and outdoor patio.
