"Place is cute. Things they could be better: there were crumbs under the couch cushions and under the bed in the master was dirty. Also. No hand soap in the bathrooms and no trash bags for the kitchen. Over all good though and would stay again."

"The place looks like the pictures, its a quite safe neighborhood, clean and everything is comfortable. But you better not be planning on sleeping in or having privacy in the bedroom!! The host has blinds on all the windows except for the bedroom and the light blares in early in the morning. It also is inline with the 2nd story of the house next door so you will have a set of eyes watching you in the morning………."

"This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again."

"While this isn't the worst place to stay, I would say that the cleanliness is not even just "not meticulous" as one of the other reviews mentioned. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. "We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!"
