Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, nice pool. Location very close to beautiful seaside walks which also lead to seaside cafes. Reasonable price as well. If you don’t want to go out to eat they offer a plentiful buffet for ER 17 with health choices although veggies overcooked ( salad available) and not much seasoning in the food. Nevertheless convenient and value for price .

First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone! Im sorry i couldnt remember all of your names but Joseph amd the team were outstanding.

Our favourite hotel in Tenerife, been returning here many times. Very friendly and nice staff in reception, cleaning, maintenance, kitchen and restaurant, everyone is service minded and smiling. Beautiful garden and views over the ocean and mountains, the pool holds a good temperature around 25 degrees. Great hikes just outside the door and a big, well equipped gym. Short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Can also highly recommend the evening buffet at the hotel, always good variety and tasty. The apartments have everything you need with a good size balcony. It is peaceful and quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not.

Excellent breakfast, excellent gym. Very nice quiet hotel with good facilities - gym, pool and nice well-equipped apartments. Hotel has a nice garden and pool (enough loungers and parasols provided) and is a very good base for exploring the island (renting a car recommended). My favourite hotel in Tenerife.

They keep the pool at a nice temperature, so even in January you can enjoy swimming. They provide bath towels at reception. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The cleaning staff is thorough & friendly.

Tanto el personal, como el alojamiento, las instalaciones, la comida del buffet, ha superado nuestras expectativas. Lieu calme

Endroit calme. Tres bien situé pour visiter le nord de l'île. Pas de parking parfois difficile pour se garer. Tres grand logement. Les repas etaient moyens et peu variés. Personnel a l écoute un grand merci a Octavio qui parle francais et a été d une grande aide grace a ses explications.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Hotelanlage, allerdings gab es keine möglichkeit die Kleidung aus dem Koffer zu räumen da es nur 3 Schubladen füre 3 Personen gab. Hier haben Kommoden etc gefehlt. Das essen war abwechslungsreich, hat leider meist aber nicht geschmeckt, 2/5 Sternen, mehr kann ich nicht geben..

Die Lage ist wirklich Top um viele Ziele mit dem Auto anzusteuern. Alles liegt zwischen 45 - 70 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze mitunter schwierig, geht aber immer, dann eben mit mehr Fußweg. Ist eben alles eine Frage der Bequemlichkeit. Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen.

Ok aber total überbewertet

Top freundliches Personal und wirklich ein tolles Frühstück. Wir können jedoch all diese super Bewertungen vom Hotel nicht nachvollziehen. Unser Zimmer roch moderig und auch geputzt wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach pech mit dem Zimmer. Es ist obermühsam in Hotelnähe einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in dem Hotel. Es verfügt über einen beheizten Pool, sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, leider nicht immer tadellos sauber. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ok. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Es gibt typische spansiche und kanarische Gerichte, die von Tag zu Tag wechseln. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und viele sprechen auch deutsch. In den Seitenstraßen haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Apartment großzügig, Pool und Personal hilfsbereit

Hier waren wir das zweite Mal und werden gerne mal wieder vorbeischauen. Im geräumigen Apartment waren wir zu dritt gut untergebracht. Das sehr abwechslungsreiche Frühstück half uns gut in den Tag zu kommen und unsere Erfahrung mit der Rezeption auf Deutsch, Englisch und etwas Spanisch war super posiiv.
