Free parking was a great amenity. Felt very secure and safe in the building with fantastic lobby staff. Space was well equipped, washer/dryer was a plus. Parking garage is not in the building, it is across the street and around the corner and open to public, was told by a tenant that the garage is not that safe. May 27, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in #### ドジャース観戦に最高の立地の素敵な部屋 チェックインは、ホテルのような24時間のフロントでできるのだが、到着日にチェックインしようとした時、登録されていないのでできないと言われ目の前が真っ暗になった。支払いも半年前には済ませている。オーナーに連絡すると、手違いで書類を管理会社に出していなかったと言われた。翌日から宿泊できると言われ、｢今日泊まるところがありません！｣と返信した。本当にあり得ない！と思った。オーナーが直接来てくれることになり、隣のカフェで待った。オーナーが来てからは、スムーズにチェックインできたが、もし来てくれなかったら、大きな荷物と共に路頭に迷うところだった。オーナーにパスポートの写真を送ってほしいと当日に言われ、それだけのことなのに忘れているなんて驚いた。部屋の中や、明るさ、清潔さ、立地などは素晴らしいと思う。パーキングは、場所など情報だけでは分かりにくかったが、オーナーが一緒に行ってくれて、カードの通し方など教えてくれてよかった。ただ、パーキングに車を取りにいく時は、正面ロビーから入れずに、車の入り口までぐるっと歩いて行かなければならず、後でオーナーに聞くとノックすれば開けてくれると聞いたが、そのビルは、朝とかフロントの人がいない時が多かった。立地は、ダウンタウンの真ん中でドジャーススタジアムにもすいていれば車で15分の申し分ない立地だ。朝食は自炊したが、水切りザルやボウルなどがあればいいのにと思った。最初の不手際さえなければ最高なので、来年も利用したい。 ##### TAKAKO S.
