All furnishings & linens were of good quality. The host stocked the apartment with basic necessities which was nice. The laundry facility is shared but I found it clean. The street parking was not that big of a deal, we always found something close by. Noise from neighbors was minimal but if you are a light sleeper it's best to stay in the back bedroom as the front bedroom is adjacent to the neighboring units door and that occupant is a bit heavy handed at times. Other occupants in the complex were friendly. The advert mentions the unit has AC and while this is technically correct, it failed to mention is was a window unit in the living room only.
