Flooded with natural light, the home features accordion glass doors that maximize indoor-outdoor living, expanding the space for entertaining or relaxing on the patio. The unit comes fully furnished with a 50-inch smart TV and equipped with all brand-new appliances, including an in-unit washer and dryer. Home is a completely separate ADU in the backyard of the owner's property. It is secured by full fencing with a separate, private walkway. The property is in a quiet, safe, family-oriented neighborhood with many trees and a partial mountain view. Located minutes from The Claremont Colleges, Claremont Village for shops and restaurants, and other attractions such as California Botanic Garden, the Thompson Creek Trail, and Claremont Hills Wilderness Park. From the moment we arrived, the whole area just stood out—it’s such a beautiful neighborhood filled with charming homes and flowers on almost every street. It really gives you that peaceful, welcoming vibe that makes you feel relaxed right away.The location is perfect if you’re visiting Claremont. It’s close to everything you need, but still quiet enough to enjoy some downtime. The unit itself is great—it has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home, whether you’re staying for a short trip or a longer visit. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up.What really made the experience even better were the hosts. They’re genuinely kind, good people who make you feel welcome and taken care of without being overbearing. That kind of hospitality goes a long way.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful surroundings, the comfortable unit, and the great hosts, it’s definitely a spot we’d come back to. Our hosts were friendly, attentive and responsive. Communication was always friendly and prompt, and any issues were immediately addressed and resolved. The guest house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully supplied. A wonderful indoor and outdoor oasis that is perfect for a short or long term stay. Walking distance to the Claremont Colleges and Village and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access and centrally located in the heart of the community. We were here for approximately 5 weeks and felt welcomed, pampered and grateful for this "home away from home". The wi-fi worked perfectly and the smart TV included multiple apps and streaming options. The bed was comfortable and extra blankets were available. Having a washer/dryer was a huge advantage for our extended stay as well. The kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery were all top notch.
