Old house with great location
Pros: Located centrally by the hub up of Venice beach, awesome. Private parking spot is a great bonus for the area. Large enough gatherings area for our group of six adults is good. Cons: Building is old and cold with security being questionable due to old windows can't be closed and locked. Drafty old house, doors and windows with no seals and does no longer close securely due to age, along with the heater not properly functioning for the first day. There were cockroaches in the kitchen.

Cute beach house one block from beach
Clean beach house steps away from the boardwalk. It can be a bit noisy throughout the night. Convenient location with parking. Maria was quick to respond to any inquiries

Loved it!
We made a quick weekend getaway- the location is exceptional, the house a charming, spotless, very functional place. The living room, dining room are set up to facilitate good conversation. We had wine on the patio and listened to the drum circle one evening, which was lovely. Starbucks is steps away- which made my morning walks on the beach extra nice.

Venice Beach Hotspot!
This is a decent sized place for a medium size family. The place is a bit "rough around the edges" BUT keep in mind it is one street over from the Venice Beach Boardwalk and is an older home. We loved the location and could walk with in 2 mile radius to plenty of shopping and restaurants. We are from TN and it was a good home away from home for our vacation to CA. Check in and out was easy!

Great location
We loved staying so close to the beach. The “master” bedroom was not. You could only access the bed from one side and the end. It’s hard for older adults to climb in and out.

I would not recommend this place, it’s dirty, no screens on the windows, towels were very used, very very loud, kitchen was stocked but very old everything. The location was a half a block from the Venice beach but couldn’t see the beach and didn’t have much area to hang outside durning the day because there was no shade. Very disappointed with the stay.

Great location but house is OLD!
Home location is great and puts you almost on Venice beach. However, we found the bedding extremely uncomfortable and the outside noise echoes inside during the night. We didn't have a decent nights sleep the entire stay. Alley way traffic and people simply talking outside disturbs inside. Maybe this isn't as big of a problem in the Master bedroom but a good night sleep in the other two rooms isn't possible.

Nice home with large living area great for family!
The home was clean, close to the boardwalk and beach. The weather turned out to be unusually cold and we had difficulty getting the heat to work, even after multiple attempts. However, there were portable heaters in all of the rooms and we were able to keep it warm using those.

Wild and Wacky Venice
Loved my stay in Venice at this perfect location. House was nice and roomy and clean. Parking was a breeze. You would be hard pressed to find a nice place like this with a perfect location that’s literally steps from the beach.
