"We were satisfied with mostly everything. We got in late and were very tired and we checked in in with the name Davis. He took my credit card for deposit and gave us the key to the room was a long way away, and it had 1 bed. I walked back and he told me to look at his computer to prove it was booked for 1 bed. At the top of that reservation it had the name of another Davis party. So he rechecked us into the right room with 2 beds, and I went all the way to the 1st room and drug my luggage to the right room. I realized he never said "I'm sorry for not verifying your first name." And when I checked out I asked the desk if my card was taken off the first room, and they assured me it was, He looked at the computer and said my room was charged to this credit card, which was okay, but I wondered if the other room had been changed."

"The staff was so friendly upon greeting us! It makes such a difference when you walk in to a hotel and the staff is welcoming! There was spa water and coffee available. The maintenance man helped my daughter set up her computer so she could work on her homework while we sat poolside. Close to restaurants and ice cream. "

"Great hotel, close to a lot of different places to visit. Front desk staff was super helpful, plenty of parking, the only negative is that they didn’t clean our room. We were there from Friday - Monday and they didn’t come clean."
