The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. "The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."
