The ground floor also offers an elegant country-style kitchen, plus a utility room and two handy shower rooms. A back staircase leads to a spacious art and yoga studio. Two separate staircases head up to the first floor where you will find a characterful bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath, a separate shower and a beamed vaulted ceiling. The four light and relaxing bedrooms are all upstairs: a snug twin and three stylish king-size rooms, all beautifully furnished. Outside, there’s a delightful stone patio perfect for dining alfresco, with steps leading up to the garden and surrounding woodlands, with a children’s play area and glorious views of the surrounding countryside. Looe (4.5 miles) has a choice of great pubs and cafes and is home to several lovely beaches. Seaton Beach (2 miles) lies at the foot of the tranquil Seaton Country Park. The glorious Polperro Heritage Coast (9 miles) offers some wonderful walks. Other popular attractions include Porfell Wildlife Park, Adrenalin Quarry, Port Eliot Gardens and Golitha Falls, all within 13 miles.
