The Space:

Set high amongst the trees, The Loft at Long Beach is a light-filled, split-level coastal retreat with an airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Large windows capture the surrounding greenery and ocean outlook, while the peaceful setting makes it easy to switch off and unwind.



For those needing a change of scenery while working or writing, the tranquil surroundings, fast Wi-Fi and comfortable living spaces also make The Loft a wonderful option for a peaceful work or creative retreat.



The home accommodates up to five guests:



Main bedroom with queen bed

Second bedroom with two king single beds

Downstairs sitting room with double sofa bed for one additional guest



The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and includes a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods to get your mornings started.



There are two bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, reverse-cycle air conditioning, Smart TV and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.



Outside, enjoy the grassy backyard, BBQ and outdoor dining area – perfect for relaxed breakfasts, afternoon drinks or dinner after a day exploring the South Coast.



There is also an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a swim at the beach or washing the mud off after a day exploring the Mogo and surrounding mountain-bike trails.



Bocce and badminton are provided for relaxed afternoons at home.



Linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home and outdoor areas throughout their stay. Self-check-in is available via a key safe, and parking is provided at the property.



Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.



A lockable, secure and waterproof storage area beneath the porch is available for guests to safely store bikes, sporting equipment and personal gear – particularly handy if you're visiting to explore the South Coast's walking and mountain-bike trails.



The Neighborhood:

Long Beach is a relaxed coastal community surrounded by bushland, wildlife and beautiful coastline. The calm waters of Long Beach are only a short walk from the property and are ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding or simply enjoying a leisurely walk along the shore.



A local food truck also visits the beach, making it easy to grab something to eat and enjoy it by the water when it's operating. Days and opening times can vary.



Outdoor enthusiasts are spoilt for choice. Explore nearby bushwalking and mountain-bike trails or discover sections of the spectacular Murramarang South Coast Walk, which winds through beaches, forests and coastal villages.



Mountain-bike riders can also head towards Mogo and the surrounding trail network for a day of riding before returning to The Loft to wash down and securely store their bikes.



Mogo Wildlife Park is another fantastic nearby attraction and a favourite for families, with an incredible collection of animals from around the world.



Batemans Bay is only a short drive away for supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shopping and other local attractions, while numerous beaches and coastal villages are within easy reach.



Whether you're here to swim, walk, ride, explore the wildlife, write, work quietly or simply slow down, Long Beach is a beautiful base for discovering the NSW South Coast.



Getting Around:

The beach is within easy walking distance of the property.

A car is recommended for exploring Batemans Bay, Mogo Wildlife Park, the Murramarang coastline, mountain-bike trails, surrounding beaches and the wider Eurobodalla region.



Other Things to Note:

The Loft is a compact, split-level property with internal stairs.

Maximum occupancy is five guests. Although the downstairs sofa bed is a double, it is intended for one additional guest.

Please bring your own beach towels.

The property is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood surrounded by greenery, wildlife and birdlife, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours and the natural environment.

Bike riders are welcome, with secure undercover storage and an outdoor shower perfect for cleaning yourself or your gear after hitting the local trails.
