Single bed mattresses need up dating . The kitchen needs more basic equipment; tea pot , coffee machine and update on crockery. Some vertical blinds were broken . We would have paid more for these things to be updated and in better condition. Some skirting boards needs cleaning , build up of dust in single room behind bed . The house was perfect in size and location to get together with my family and a few friends for a weekend away. Plenty of space to relax, look at the view and catch up.
