« They had cockroaches crawling on the bed and walls I checked out Saturday night cause I was gone all day and came back and seen them crawling and I was furious it was a very bad experience and they didn’t even make the bed while we were gone »

We got our door cards and headed up all the stairs with our luggage to find that our cards didn't work. « I asked for a later check out at 12:30 or 1 and the person working the front desk said they would put a note in about it. The next day the cleaning lady came knocking on the door at 11 and the lady said that they didn’t give late check out. »

« Holiday Inn Express is never a surprise. It's always well maintained and clean, the breakfasts are good and the staff is pleasant. We booked this one at the last minute while on the road and were not disappointed. »

I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around).
