Herman is super nice and was very accommodating and helpful. Place was absolutely spotless and comfortable. Stayed with my 70 year old Mom, was worried because the shower requires quite a climb to get in, but for able bodied folks should be fine, but be aware. Also a bit of a walk to subway for an older person, but plentiful bus options so wasn't a major problem. ##### Jennifer A.
