The location is also very convenient and relatively quiet. The downsides were that while the water in the kitchen was very hot, the only bath/shower which is on the 3rd floor had no hot water. It would get warm for literally 3-4 seconds every minute or 2\. That was it. Breathtakingly cold showers. Zero warm water from the sink. Also, as is apparently common, there was no AC and we came at a bad time (late June) for that. Difficult to sleep even with the windows open. This combination made what would be an otherwise wonderful property well below average. ##### DAVID W.
