The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group.  
  
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries for culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.  
  
Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.  
  
The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.  
  
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nearby attractions include the Emirates Stadium, home to Arsenal FC, the bustling Upper Street with its lively nightlife, and the historic Sadler’s Wells Theatre. With excellent transport links, you're only minutes away from Central London, making it a convenient and sought-after location for both residents and visitors.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest train station, Essex Road, is just an 11-minute walk.  
  
Heathrow Airport is 59 minutes by train or 1h29 minutes by car from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).  
  
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.  
  
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
