Renovated just 12 months ago to the highest standards, this property boasts its own private entrance and two delightful terraces. Featuring three generously sized double bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, this residence offers a spacious, bright, and comfortable living space. Situated on vibrant Munster Road, you'll find an array of restaurants and supermarkets close at hand, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Other details to note \- The service supplement for check-in before 3pm , subject to availability, is £65, to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation. \- The service supplement for check-out between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm, is £65, available only if there are no check-outs on the same day. \- In case there are particular needs to stay in the apartment beyond the times indicated above, please add another night at the time of booking. \-The apartment is located on the 1st floor without lift \- Only one set of keys will be provided. \- At the beginning of the stay we will provide you with everything you need. \- Additional toilet paper, kitchen rolls or coffee pods will be charged to the guest. \- Each additional change (sheets and towels) is subject to payment. Clean, other than the stains on the carpets, it was exceptionally well maintained and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay - close to bus, convenient store AND AN AMAZING PERSIAN RESTAURANT BELOW! Warning- noise at night from restaurant might be a challenge to solve but we enjoyed the music. This property has beautiful pictures, but what they don't show you is the flooring in the bedrooms.Cons: The floors throughout the house are wood like, but once you get into the bedrooms, the carpet is extremely dirty and stained. That was the first turn off. The shower glass in the main bedroom leaked on both sides and there was mold in both corners. There are no flat sheets on any of the beds, you only have a duvet. The pillows are as hard as rocks. We went to IKEA and bought our own. We never used the outdoor balcony. There wasn't much to see except for the roof of the dirty restaurant next door. We did keep the doors open to the balcony because it brought in fresh air. The washer and dryer are a joke. It takes 2 hours to wash and another 2-3 hours to dry. No washclothes in bathrooms. No kitchen towels. The cooking pans are old and scratched up, we had to buy another one at Tesco. The toaster kept tripping the breaker box. We called multiple times to find out where it was with no response. The toilet lid in the main bedroom is about to fall off the toilet. There are steep stairs up to the first landing. If you have mobility issues, or you can't do stairs with luggage, I would avoid this place.Pros: The location can't be beat. It's in a nice little neighborhood, the bus stops are right out the door or minutes down the road.
