The lounge offers a comfortable sofa and a Smart 4K TV, and a beautiful dining table seats four. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Nespresso machine.  
  
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, spacious wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom offers a double bed and wardrobe. An additional bathroom offers a lovely bath and shower with underfloor heating.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, situated in a residential apartment building.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Malvern Road is a charming residential street in between Maida Vale, Westbourne Green & Kilburn. Nearby Harrow Road offers a wide range of shops, cafes, and eateries less than 10 minutes walk away. For those who enjoy green spaces, nearby Paddington Recreation Ground and Queen’s Park offer a peaceful retreat, perfect for weekend strolls or outdoor activities.  
  
Getting Around:  
Transport links are plentiful, with a range of bus services less than a five minute walk away, Kilburn Park London Underground Station nearby, offering easy access to the Bakerloo Line, and Queen's Park Station which provides an additional connection to the London Overground network.
