Sleepless night in London

The flat was tidy but not very clean in places especially the pull out bed which was damp, smelly and stained. One of the double bed was uncomfortable with a lumpy mattres. We only had enough bedding for two beds even though we booked for six people. Was a sleepless night had by all. Had no heating as couldn't get the boiler to work, had hot water but no heating. Would not stop here again. Landlord was easily contactable but was no help and didn't offer any compensation when informed him off the problems as soon as we could
