There was plenty of space for us to spread out and have fun with 25 of us. The view of Bear Lake was beautiful. The owner was quick to respond with all questions, and the house had everything we needed to cook meals for our big group. There are only small A/C units, not central air. This was mostly fine since it stays cool at night, but just want a head up if that is important to anyone. We thought it actually looked better than the photos and was larger than we realized also. There was plenty of space for our group of 21 to spread out. It was well stocked. Great communication with owner and no problems with check-in or during our stay. It's a beautiful, more private location and the views are just spectacular (the deck!). The view was amazing and it was very quiet, except for our family inside : ) It was bigger than I thought and the extra family room worked out so well.
