- Cottage 304 is a cozy, new construction, 2 bedroom house where you’ll feel right at home during your stay. No need to trailer your ATVs! We’re located just 1 mile from the Bearwallow trail of the Hatfield McCoy trails. Enjoy evenings grilling your favorite meal on our park-style grill or relaxing by the fire pit. We're minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment. We offer plenty of private, secure parking, quality mattresses, and new furnishings that will make your stay truly the best!
