"There were three couples in our party and we had more than ample room. We hung out on the second floor for most of the stay as the living and kitchen area on the first floor was too small for a gathering but that was not a problem. We had no issues with parking or finding the home. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked. This was a great location for siteseeing and felt very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Very clean, front desk was friendly, nice little kitchen which we didnt use as we were only there 1 night but long term stay would be excellent. Towels & provided soap, shampp, etc were a step above the average hotel. "

"Overall, the rental was fine for a 2 night stay of our group of 8 people. The neighborhood is safer than it looked upon first arriving and we had no issues with neighbors.The house itself has a lot of space and was clean, but could use some TLC. Those staying upstairs liked the bathroom and said it had great shower pressure. The downstairs shower had some issues getting the hot and cold water to mix out of the main nozzle. We chose to stay in Jeffersonville vs Louisville because of this property's hot tub amenity and the large dining table. Unfortunately, the previous renters broke the hot tub. Tyler was a very kind and responsive owner, and spent the duration of our stay getting a new one installed, but we couldn't use it until late in the evening on our last night. And then after about an hour, the power tripped the circuit breaker, so it was unusable again. Neither situation was the Owners fault and we appreciated his efforts to get it back up and running, but ultimately we didn't get to enjoy what was the selling feature of this property. Tyler agreed to a late check out when I asked, but others in my group felt we should have been offered some kind of discount for not having full use of amenities. "

"THIS IS THE CUTEST PLACE! We stepped in and just kept saying, “Wow! This is great!” So easy to get to, quiet, cozy, spacious - just the perfect getaway! King size bed, super soft linens, good variety of pans, glasses, utensils, plenty of towels, comfortable furniture, plenty of lighting options lamps and/or track lighting. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Loved it!"
