Come enjoy your peaceful getaway that you’ve been looking for at our beautiful ranch located just four short miles from downtown Llano! Throughout your stay you will enjoy the wonderful surroundings of ranch life and be able to relax in our completely remodeled and updated 2 bedroom/1 bath barndominium! This charming getaway includes a large 10 x 50 covered front porch completely furnished for your outdoor enjoyment and is equipped with a gas grill. We are here to provide a home away from home for those travelling alone or with horses. We can provide accommodations for up to 4 horses with our large indoor stalls (stalls will include an upcharge) and free use of our arena. During your stay, you may experience cattle being moved and worked, horses being trained and plenty of team roping practice. We thrive on this life and hope that you will find all of your wishes and enjoyment at our ranch. Additionally, you will most likely see some amazing sunsets, beautiful star gazing and the peace and quiet of being separated from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Farm fresh eggs are also available for purchase for those who are looking forward to a delicious breakfast. Inside you will find accommodations to comfortably sleep 4 guests that include: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Add’l: 2 rollaway twin beds Bath: Large walk in shower Kitchen: 4 burner electric range, Keurig coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, together with all dishes, pots and pans to complete your meal preparations. Entertainment: Table and chairs set up for games and puzzles (some provided) and work space if needed (Wifi available) Attractions: Llano river (swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc.) Local shops and eateries (see our booklet in your room) Enchanted Rock: 24 miles (hiking and picnicking) Fredericksburg: 37 miles ( many shops, great dining and award winning wineries) Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan, Inks Lake: all within a short drive Llano River Golf Course, Legends Golf Course in Kingsland Mason: 38 miles (shops and dining) San Saba: 36 miles (shops and dining) Check in time: 4:00 p.m. Check out Time: 11:00 a.m. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $100.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested. A starter set of consumables is provided, including soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival. Bedding, pillows, towels and washcloths are provided for your convenience. Pets: this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs with an additional Pet Fee of $50 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee. Those travelling with horses will also need to contact Customer Care after booking your stay. Stall rentals are $20 per night. Parking is available for up to two vehicles and those travelling with trailers can make arrangements when booking stalls with Customer Care. Our kids really enjoyed playing with the horses in the barn next door, and staring at the stars (& a comet!) at night. The owner and his family live in a house nearby and were very friendly and responsive to our needs. Llano, TX is a short drive for resupply, or you can drive to Enchanted Rock and Fredricksburg for more variety. Highly recommend this property for your next country getaway. ##### Bharath R. We were very pleased with our stay. The home was very clean and it is in such a nice country setting. We were greeted each morning on the peaceful front patio by the sweetest baby horse in the pin next to us. The property owner was super easy to communicate with, and she was happy to accommodate a special need with some bad weather coming in. We travel a lot, and this was one of our top stays. We were in town for a Longhorn show so we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked to, so we plan to come back so we can really enjoy it more next time. ##### ASHLEY S. It was so peaceful and the horses were beautiful. Ace, Cooper, Pistol, Sunny, Whiskey girl, and one other that I can not remember his name are all my new friends 😀. It was convenient to town and to many locations where the bluebonnets and other wildflowers were blooming. The property was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, The listing and photos are quite accurate. We enjoyed our stay and would book again, if we are ever back in the area. ##### Linda P. Close enough to town to get supplies while still being out in the hill country. The owners were very friendly but not intrusive. The 2 bedrooms 1 bath rental was perfect for us. The working ranch added so much to see, and the bunkhouse was clean and cozy — with all the little things (comfy beds and towels, kid friendly plates and cups, games, and plenty of coffee for the parents!). Wish there was a dishwasher, but that’s the only minor critique. Def would stay there again. ##### Josh T.
