« I wasn't sure what to expect before I arrived at the Derby Arms but the initial greeting was warm and sincere. My room was delightful, clean and well appointed with a good sized bathroom with both a bath and a choice of shower heads. For both nights I ate in the restaurant and was served by a charming and efficient waitress. « Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n’y avait pas une bonne odeur dans la chambre. Nous avons vérifié la propreté des draps, ils ne nous ont pas semblé propres. Une taie d’oreiller sentait encore le parfum. Le propriétaire n’a pas voulu changer les draps, sous prétexte qu’il les avait changés le matin. Il n’a pas été possible de se garer dans le parking de l’hôtel car il était trop petit. Nous avons dû nous garer sur le parking d’un magasin juste à côté, mais en devant partir avant 9h du matin.
