« We’ve stayed here previously albeit in a different room Pleased with the room -there’s a radiator & an electric heater if needed. I did think bed linen needed ironing & I dropped something under the bed & not sure it had been hoovered in a while -fluff & bits Think the breakfast items in the room are a good idea. We didn’t have milk last time so took some with us this time & milk was already in the fridge. There’s a selection of cereals, yoghurts & fruit juice or a full breakfast can be taken...

« Stayed in new chalet-type rooms across the car park, which has loads of room. Room itself was very clean, modern and soundproofed. Had dinner and breakfast there, which were very nice. Ideal quiet place for staying if visiting Norwich area. We'll definitely be staying again. »

« Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month.. When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book.. so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless »

« Room was nice, clean and tidy, ideal location for visiting the Castle and Abby. Food was delicious and local beers on tap.Excellent service in the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately Breakfast was unavailable and no soaps in the shower. . Could have been wonderful but let down by lack of thought. Would go bac »

« We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day! »

« On the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby café had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though. Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around...
