Fantastic house in the heart of SoMa. You'll find everything you need to relax, dine, or work in this beautifully remodeled home. Whether you're staying for a weekend, a week, or a month, there's nothing you'll find lacking.

When you're ready to go out, you're a 5 minute walk from fantastic restaurants, eclectic stores, and all that SoMa has to offer -- and just a 5 minute drive to museums, downtown, Arkansas Children's, and the river trail.

The space
Bedrooms: 3 spacious main floor bedrooms with high quality beds and linens, spacious closets, and charging stations. Plus a 4th bedroom in the chic downstairs studio with 2 cozy twins and a clothing rack.

Bathrooms: 2 completely remodeled bathrooms with sumptuous towels - plus quality toiletries.

Living: Comfy living spaces to relax in, catch-up with friends, watch movies or the game on the big screen with streaming Fire TVs both upstairs and down.

Dining: Separate dining room with seating for 6, bar cart, buffet, and plenty of board and card game options -- plus outdoor dining seating for an additional 6.

Chef’s Kitchen: Outfitted with everything you need to cook or bake just about anything: high-end gas range and dishwasher, Calphalon cookware, dutch ovens and bakeware, food processor, blender, hand mixer, toaster, and ample plates, glassware, wine/cocktail glasses, and serving pieces.

Coffee/Tea: Organic coffee, ample tea selection, electric tea kettle, drip coffee maker, and a french press -- plus Mexican hot chocolate and natural coffee syrups.

Work Space: Wifi plus a dedicated private office space and sitting area in the sunroom plus an additional office area in the downstairs studio.

Laundry: Extra large Samsung washer and dryer located in the downstairs studio.

Outdoor living: A beautiful screened in porch that is fantastic for morning coffee or afternoon wine plus an outdoor private, enclosed patio dining area complete with a Weber charcoal grill.

Parking: Driveway parking and ample street parking with easy access to the private, gated backyard. There’s also a 3 bike rack located just inside the locked fence.

BEAUTIFUL Property Close to Downtown & Airport
This was a beautiful property with ample space for six adult couples. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I also appreciated how there were books and games in the living room and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more amenities in the bathroom! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
