Spring Break Getaway

The rental accommodated 5 adults, a teenager and a 7 year old without any problems. My daughter especially liked that the house was one level due to my grandson having autism. We didn’t have to worry about stairs. The enclosed back yard was a plus for him too plus our dog. This rental is very close to attraction like the indoor water park, The Cove.

A Wonderful Stay in Little Elm, TX

My Family and I were more than impressed with our stay here! This was my first Vrbo rental, and if other owners and properties are like this one, I’ll probably never stay in a hotel again. The property was exactly as described in its listing. There were absolutely no surprises. The property was super clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. Overall, an A+ or 10 out of 10 rating for sure.

Graduation trip

The property was nice and had good WiFi and nice TVs too. The master bed mattress was in need of replacement and was soft and saggy. Also master bath showerhead needs to be replaced. Could not find a garage door opener remote. Furniture outside needs replacing. Good location and very nice home. Would rent again if the mattress were replaced.

Much larger than expected

This house was huge, but I guess everything in Texas is bigger. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and supplies, but the coffee pot was leaking so don't add water until the morning or it will all run out by morning. The beds were comfortable, and I was able to work virtually at the desk in entry area (good enough internet). The patio was lovely and yard decent sized, but the landscaping was in dire need of a mow and weeding. Overall great experience for meeting up with the grandparents, plenty of space for the 7 of us. Highly recommend Los Jalepenos restaurant in Little Elm nearby.

Cute and Spacious for size

Very nicely laid out home. Spacious open area for living area and kitchen and 3 bedrooms separate from owners suite. Furniture and decorating are nice and kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking things. There was a half a pot of coffee in the coffee pot and a towel with coffee grounds and discarded cream packets on the bar when we arrived. I had no problem cleaning that up but that was a little disappointing upon arrival. Front flower bed needs weeded but it's over 100 degrees every day there now so I understand. Other than that everything was as pictured. Hosted a baby shower and the space was perfect! Gabby, the host/owner was quick to respond when emailed. It's a very comfortable home for a family.
