The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and supplies, but the coffee pot was leaking so don't add water until the morning or it will all run out by morning. The beds were comfortable, and I was able to work virtually at the desk in entry area (good enough internet). The patio was lovely and yard decent sized, but the landscaping was in dire need of a mow and weeding. Overall great experience for meeting up with the grandparents, plenty of space for the 7 of us.
