« We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. There are pubs but no customers, that we saw. Im assuming summertime is the busy season. The...

« The bungalow was immaculate with lots of skylights and windows. Very nice views of the garden thru the big back windows. Very short walk to Lismore’s Main Street, the castle and the river. All the comforts of home inside with tasteful decor. It was a perfect stay. I’ll be back! »

« Although the host resides in tha U.S. he was very helpful via telephone. His caretaker bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. A visit to Blarney Castle, the Jameson Whiskey Distillery and the Waterford Crystal Factory were the highlights of our stay. We would definitely stay there again. Dave and June »

« Windows were dirty and there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The internet did not work in the two bedrooms on the bottom floor. It was hard to lock and unlock the front door. Other than that it was okay. »

« The pod was spotless and cozy. Owners’ son was friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to some streaming services. Would recommend to owners they build a boardwalk or add better drainage to path to pods to make easier access on rainy days. Overall gorgeous and quiet location. »

« I was concerned as to why there were no reviews on this place yet, so just wanted to leave one for anyone else who's considering it. This cottage was spotless, with beautiful views.
