« Very nice, clean condo right in the heart of Anna Maria. Just a short 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. The condo has been modernized and is very up-to date and clean. Parking is included in the garage beneath the condo. Overall very well done, and at a good price too. »

« Perfect!!! The only drawback was the 2 queen beds. If you share with someone you sank to the middle, but alone it was fine. That was our only issue, everything else was great. Lynn goes above and beyond as a hostess for her property. It is so great with all the extras she provides. Only hope it is available for our next trip. »

« Lovely apartment, beautiful views, just across from the beach. A lovely welcome touch of a bottle of wine, nachos and salsa. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. Although we had no hot water during our 3 days stay ( cold showers are not too bad on a hot day) the owner tried to rectify it whilst we were there and gave us a refund for it. Would definitely come again and recommend »

« Can’t say enough about how great this condo and location is. This was our first time staying in this area and we will be back. This is so close to the beach, shopping, dining and activities. It’s centrally located and you can get to anywhere with ease. The Trolley was useful and so was the Monkey Bus. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. Very pleased with the accommodations. »

« This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family needs. My two kids (preteen girl and teen boy) had their own space and my husband and I appreciated the king bed (my husband is tall, so a king is better than a queen). Everything we needed for the weekend was in the condo. The proximity to the beach, dinner options and even fishing on the pier were exactly what we were looking for. We have been to many gulf beaches and we liked how quite this was vs bigger public beaches. »

« I had no idea that a unit on the second floor was actually on the third floor above the garage and we had to take the steps because the elevator was broken. It was very hard to find and has a weird one way driveway that you have to see to believe. Once we finally got into the unit it was fine. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago.
